We are located at 10 Turua Street, alongside the Doctors on the first floor. Please talk to our reception team on 09 520 1832 who will give you directions. Or report to reception in the doctor’s rooms who will also give you directions.
Callum
Born in Hawkes bay and Trained in Auckland, Callum is a physiotherapist passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what they love. With hands on experience in grassroots rugby and football to national and international hockey events Callum brings a strong sports and musculoskeletal background to the clinic.
Callum has a special interest in sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Certified in dry needling he also integrates this into his hands on approach with his clients. He focuses on creating personalised, goal-oriented treatment plans for his clients to reduce pain, restore function, and promote long term strength and resilience.

Donna
Donna completed her Physiotherapy degree at Otago University and has a special interest in musculoskeletal care. She is passionate about helping people regain strength and confidence through hands-on treatment and personalised plans. Donna believes in the power of tailored sessions that focus on each person’s unique needs. She understands that pain is not fun and will do her best to acknowledge it and help treat the problem.
Outside of work, Donna loves exploring New Zealand’s beautiful scenery and relaxing with walks along the beach. She looks forward to supporting you on your rehab journey and helping you achieve your goals.
Pauline
Senior Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist Pauline worked in private practice for over 18 years. She has a ‘hands on’ approach to treating her clients, with a combination of soft tissue techniques, mobilisation, strength and conditioning, and accupuncture to help them on their path to injury recovery. Pauline has her post grad diploma in Western Acupuncture from AUT, and is very well qualified in the international Mulligan technique, a concept which helps improve mobility at all joints in the body. Pauline is an ex competitive swimmer, and over the past few years has competed at a national age group level in triathlon, Half Ironman and offroad adventure running races including the Tarawera 50km ultra.
Kate
Kate has been an MSK physio for 13 years since qualifying from The University of Nottingham in 2012. She has worked in private practice as well as acute pitch side for a premiership rugby team in the UK and local netball clubs in NZ. Kate is qualified in Mulligan, Dry Needling, Western Acupuncture and is Mat and Reformer Pilates trained. She has just completed her pre and post natal reformer Pilates qualification which she has utilised on herself after the birth of her second child. Kate has helped clients ranging from 7-97 years old and can help with pre/post surgery, strength and conditioning, falls prevention, returning to sports, CRPS, chronic pain, Osgood Schlatter’s and more. She utilises a hands on and rehab based approach to gain the best outcomes for her clients.
Kates passion is athletics, pilates, snowboarding, and keeping fit so you will see her around the local area either at a local bootcamp class or at a play area with her kids.
